BOOK
In the book, Tamar de Leeuw explores the significant impact of female leadership on financial performance, linking improved organizational excellence to increased profitability. Drawing on a comprehensive base of scientific research, articles, and books, she enhances her analysis by conducting twenty insightful interviews with experienced female C-level executives from the tech industry, spanning leaders across the USA, Canada, the UK, and Europe. These real-world success stories provide tangible evidence to support the theoretical and scientific foundations of her argument.
De Leeuw makes a compelling case for tech industry leaders, particularly those in traditionally male-dominated companies, to embrace a more diverse and inclusive approach to leadership. She argues convincingly that incorporating female leadership is not merely about meeting diversity quotas, but is fundamentally linked to tangible financial benefits and improved performance.
